At Evergreen Gentle Senior Care, we believe senior care should feel like home — because it truly happens in our home.
We are a licensed adult family home in Woodinville, created to provide a safe, calm, and welcoming place where seniors live with us full-time in a family-style environment. With a small community of up to six residents, we are able to offer personalized attention, consistency, and comfort every day.
As an owner-led home, we provide 24/7 all-inclusive care under one roof, including private living space, home-cooked meals, daily assistance, medication management, and access to nurse and doctor support based on each resident’s needs.
Our care is not provided in a client’s private home. Everything we offer takes place inside our adult family home, where residents receive the safety, supervision, and warmth of a true home setting.

Full-Time Senior Care In Our Licensed Family Home
At Evergreen Gentle Senior Care, your loved one lives in our home full-time, not in their own house. We provide 24/7 all-inclusive care in a warm, family-style environment for a small group of up to six residents.
